The Hyperion portfolio was acquired earlier this year for GBP550 million and comprised 55 properties largely let to RBS or members of its group. Legal and General has sold the Coutts headquarters at 440 Strand for GBP175 million, 97 New Bond Street for GBP18.8 million, 28 Cavendish Square for GBP5.35 million, sites in Wakefield, Salford and Rutherglen for GBP10.4 million, 2-4 Lower O'Connell Street, Dublin for EUR11.4 million and Lee House, Enfield for GBP6.1 million.
